Items needed

  1. Air Filter Cleaner Tool Kit
  2. Dust Containment Unit
  3. H-class Vacuum

Safety Precautions:

  • Fragile Unit: Handle the dust containment unit with care. It can shatter if dropped.
  • Bolt Tightening: Do not over tighten bolts during installation, as this can crack the plastic.
  • Respiratory Protection: Always wear a P2 mask when working with the unit, even though it captures primary dust.
  • H-Class vacuum must be used to capture dust.

Installation Steps

  1. Positioning: Place the dust containment unit in the desired location, ensuring the elbow at the base is facing the side where you’ll position the vacuum system.
  2. Secure to Ground: Use 10mm Tru bolts to securely attach the unit to the ground. Avoid over tightening.
  3. Connect Vacuum: Place the vacuum system next to the unit and fit the hose with the pipe into the elbow at the base. You can use tape here to ensure a tight connection between the Dust Containment Units elbow fitting and the vacuum nozzle.
  4. Assemble Cleaning Tool:
    1. Attach the Rotating Nozzle to the end of the shaft.
    2. Slide the shaft through the disc.
    3. Screw the valve onto the end of the shaft.
    4. Connect your air hose to the valve.
  5. Prepare Filter Tubes:
    1. Cut the provided tubes to match the pipe diameter.
    2. Press the tubes into the Rotating Nozzle. (You have multiple tubes to accommodate different filter sizes.)
