Filter Inspection Station

This product has been discontinued for the interim.

Siquay Solutions Filter Inspection Station allows operators to gauge the condition of their cartridge filters before and after cleaning. To emulate the conditions a filter faces inside a filtration unit, a high-power blower draws air through the filter and a gauge measures the filter’s pressure drop. Following a cleaning cycle in the Green Filter Cleaning Machine, the cartridge can be tested to determine if another cycle is warranted or if the filter can be returned for reuse. The Filter Inspection Station is an additional add-on for the GFCM and will give you confidence that your filters are being cleaned safely and effectively.

A visual inspection of the filter with a high-powered light in a dark room can expose any tears or holes in the filter media before storing or reusing the cartridge filter in your filtration unit.
