Start with the Y2700AC if you need a reliable dual-motor vacuum for regular clean-up in workshops, maintenance bays or smaller construction areas. At 45 kg it’s the most maneuverable model in the range, with a 20L drum and 200 CFM airflow — a practical step up from a standard wet/dry shop vac without the complexity of continuous bagging.

Choose the Y2700AHL when you’re working with hazardous dust — silica, concrete, asbestos-containing materials — and need H-Class compliant filtration. It runs the same dual-motor 2,500W as the AC model but adds Longopac continuous bagging and H-Class dust-rated certification, making it the right choice for construction sites with WHS obligations around fine particulate management.

Y3700AHL Industrial Commercial Vacuum

The Y3700AHL is the site workhorse for large-scale, high-volume operations. Triple-motor power (up to 4,050W), 353 CFM maximum airflow, H-Class rated, and Longopac — it’s built for mining, manufacturing plants and large construction projects where the vacuum runs continuously throughout the shift. If you’re comparing industrial vacuum cleaners and need the most suction capacity available, this is it.

Industrial Vacuum Applications Across Industries

Dust and debris are part of the job in a lot of industries — but letting it build up on site isn’t. Industrial vacuums are designed for tougher environments where clean-up needs to be fast, reliable, and repeatable day after day.

Whether you’re dealing with fine dust, general site debris, or regular maintenance clean-ups, the right vacuum set-up helps keep work areas cleaner, reduces downtime, and makes waste handling more controlled.

Construction site using the GFCM to keep air clean

Construction Industry

Construction sites generate dust and debris constantly. Industrial vacuums help keep work zones and handover areas cleaner and support a more controlled clean-up process.

Cleaning your DPF

Workshops & Maintenance Bays

Maintenance work creates mess — especially when cleaning up after repairs or servicing equipment. A reliable vacuum makes tidy-up quicker and keeps the workshop easier to manage.

Facilities & Site Housekeeping

If you manage a site where dust and debris is a recurring issue, an industrial vacuum provides a consistent way to keep things cleaner across day-to-day operations.

Plastic cleaning

Warehousing & Logistics

Warehouses don’t have time for slow clean-ups. Industrial vacuums are built for large areas and regular use, helping teams stay on top of dust and debris.

Meet the MONSTER Y3700AHL – Triple-Motor Industrial Vacuum Set to Dominate Australian Worksites

Built for tough clean-up jobs

Industrial vacuums are designed for demanding environments where a standard vacuum won’t last. They’re a practical choice for regular site clean-ups across construction, warehouses and manufacturing.

Better control of fine dust (with the right filtration)

Fine dust can travel quickly through a work area. Where specified on product pages, filtration options help support cleaner, more controlled clean-up. If filtration level is a requirement on your site, we can help confirm the best fit.

Cleaner waste handling with Longopac

Emptying a vacuum shouldn’t be the messiest part of the job. Longopac continuous bagging helps make disposal tougher, faster and cleaner — especially useful when you empty frequently or deal with higher volumes.

A practical range for different sites

Not every site has the same dust type, clean-up volume, or workflow. That’s why choosing the right model is about your application first — then matching suction, filtration and collection to suit.

ONE RANGE does it ALL

From fine dust to bulk debris, industrial clean-up is rarely “one-size-fits-all”. That’s why our industrial vacuum range is built around real site use — tough construction, practical filtration options (as specified on product pages), and cleaner waste handling.

Industrial Vacuum Cleaner FAQ

What's the difference between an industrial vacuum and a standard shop vac?

Industrial vacuums are engineered for continuous heavy-duty operation in demanding environments. The Monster range runs on 2,500–4,050W motors — significantly more powerful than a typical shop vac's 1,000–1,400W. They also feature patented self-cleaning filter systems that maintain suction without operator intervention, purpose-built filtration for hazardous fine dust, and collection capacities suited to full-shift use. A shop vac is adequate for occasional light clean-up; an industrial vacuum is built for daily high-volume use across construction, manufacturing and mining sites.

Do you have HEPA industrial vacuums?

All three Monster models support an optional HEPA secondary filter (19 ft² filter area) that can be added at the time of order. The Y2700AHL and Y3700AHL are additionally H-Class dust rated, meaning they meet the standards required for safe collection of hazardous fine particles including silica dust and asbestos-containing materials. If HEPA filtration is a site compliance requirement, the Y2700AHL or Y3700AHL with the HEPA option is the right configuration.

What is H-Class dust rating and do I need it?

H-Class (Hazardous Class) is the highest dust classification for industrial vacuum cleaners under Australian and international standards. Vacuums rated H-Class are designed to safely collect carcinogenic and hazardous fine particles — including silica dust, asbestos-containing materials, and other substances with strict WHS exposure limits. If your site involves concrete cutting, demolition, or any work that generates regulated fine dusts, H-Class rated equipment is typically a compliance requirement. The Monster Y2700AHL and Y3700AHL are both H-Class rated.

Can I use an industrial vacuum for construction dust?

Yes. For general construction debris and site clean-up without a specific hazardous dust requirement, the Y2700AC is a practical and cost-effective option. For construction sites where silica dust or other hazardous fine particles are present — concrete cutting, grinding, demolition work — the Y2700AHL or Y3700AHL are the appropriate choice, as both are H-Class dust rated and support optional HEPA filtration.

Which Monster vacuum is right for my site?

The Y2700AC suits workshops, maintenance bays and regular site clean-up where hazardous dust certification isn't required. At 45 kg with a 20L fixed drum and 200 CFM airflow, it's the most maneuverable model in the range. The Y2700AHL is the right choice when H-Class dust compliance matters — it adds Longopac continuous bagging and H-Class certification alongside the same dual-motor 2,500W output. The Y3700AHL is built for large-scale and high-volume operations: triple-motor power (up to 4,050W), 353 CFM maximum airflow, H-Class rated, and Longopac — suited to mining sites, manufacturing plants and large construction projects running continuous clean-up shifts. Not sure? Tell us what you're collecting and we'll recommend the right fit.

What is Longopac and when should I use it?

Longopac is a continuous bagging system that replaces a fixed collection drum. Rather than opening a drum to empty it — which releases collected dust back into the air — Longopac lets you seal and cut off a full bag without ever opening the collection chamber. This significantly reduces dust exposure during disposal and speeds up the emptying process. The Y2700AHL and Y3700AHL are both Longopac compatible and are recommended for any site where dust containment during emptying is a safety or compliance priority.

What does CFM mean and why does it matter?

CFM (cubic feet per minute) measures how much air — and therefore material — a vacuum moves per minute. Higher CFM means more debris cleared in less time. The Y2700AC delivers 200 CFM, the Y2700AHL up to 258 CFM, and the Y3700AHL up to 353 CFM with its triple-motor system. For large floor areas, high dust volumes or continuous operation, higher CFM reduces the number of passes needed and keeps the vacuum performing at capacity for longer between filter cleaning cycles.

What materials can the Monster vacuums pick up?

The Monster range handles dry industrial debris including fine dust (concrete, silica, wood, metal fines), sawdust, metal shavings, and general site waste. All models feature a patented self-cleaning filter system that automatically clears the filter cartridge during operation, maintaining suction even when collecting high volumes of fine dust. The range is designed for dry collection; for wet or liquid applications, contact the team to confirm the right configuration for your site.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, all Monster vacuums ship Australia-wide. The Y2700AC is available from Australian stock. The Y2700AHL and Y3700AHL have a 6-week lead time. Contact us with your postcode and the model you're considering and we can confirm shipping costs and delivery timeframes for your location.
