  • New Zealand: North and South Island.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard: Estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days within Australia and 5-10 business days to New Zealand. This option utilises Australia Post’s regular delivery services.
  • Express: Expedited delivery with estimated arrival within 1-3 business days within Australia and 3-5 business days to New Zealand. This option utilises Australia Post’s Express Post services.

Shipping Costs:

  • Small Items: Shipping costs for smaller items are calculated automatically through the Australia Post API based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Large Items: Due to their size and weight, shipping costs for larger items require a manual quote. Please contact us via info@siquaysolutions.com.au for a personalised quote.

Processing Times:

  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Please note that for custom-made items with a 2-week lead time, processing will take an additional 14 days before shipping.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • The estimated delivery times indicated above are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Free Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer free shipping.
